Yoga in Pregnancy
Yoga is a wonderful asset during pregnancy. Gentle postures, breathing and meditational techniques can help to enhance and improve your physical and mental well being throughout pregnancy and in preparation for labour and into motherhood.
- Learn adapted postures to build strength and stamina to support the growing baby and in preparation for delivery.
- Combine gentle movements with breath to ease aches and pains and create a sense of peace and harmony within the body and mind.
- Use simple breathing and meditational techniques to reduce stress and anxiety, balancing the emotions and creating a positive space for you and your baby.
Support throughout pregnancy and beyond is availiable through I.2.1 sessions or small group classes.

All pregnant employees, regardless of length of service, are entitiled to time off for antenatal care appointments. Antenatal care includes medical examinations, and other cousres, such as relaxation (hence Yoga classes ) and parentcraft classes.
