
Yoga – groups
I run various regular weekly group classes in the Christchurch area. These are typically 60-90 minutes in length.
Numbers are limited ( 12 max.) in order to maximise individual attention.
A typical class will include posture work, co-ordinating breath and movement, breathing techniques and additional practices to calm and relax both body and mind and to allow space for reflection.

Thursday 5.30-6.30pm Burton,Christchurch
Thursday 6.45-8.15pm Burton, Christchurch
Friday 9.30-11.00am Stanpit, Christchurch
